Yes. The turf backing is perforated, and it sits on a graded, compacted base that carries water away instead of letting it pool. Getting that base right is the most important part of the job, which is why we don't lay turf straight over the old soil.

It is. There are no muddy paws or dug-up patches, and liquids drain through the turf. Solid waste is picked up as usual and the area can be rinsed with a hose. Tell us you have pets and we'll recommend a turf and infill suited to them.

Not if the base is done properly. Pavers sink when they're laid on a thin or loose base, so we excavate, build the base in compacted layers and lock the edges with restraint. Filling and compacting the joints keeps the pavers tight and leaves very little room for weeds.

Yes. We build putting greens for backyards as well as golf-course and practice areas — from a single cup in a corner of the yard to a larger green with several holes, a fringe and the breaks you want to practice.

Yes. We clean houses, apartments and offices: one-time deep cleans, regular weekly or bi-weekly visits, and move-in / move-out cleaning. Ask for a cleaning estimate the same way you would for outdoor work.
